INTRODUCTION

The Monmouth County –County Clerk - Record Search System provides online access to information on property related transaction records for Monmouth County. This site gives the public access to the same records available to anyone using the computer search screens at the County Clerk's Office in Monmouth County. For optimized viewing of the online records users need to have IE 5.5 browser and screen resolution above 1024*768. Users can access records archived from 10-01-1996 onwards. Users can search by Name/Instrument/Block and Lot/ Document Type. From the displayed search results users can view the document images.

The user doesn’t need any login or password to access the site. User can simply click on the type of search he/she would like to perform.

To view the images user can click on View from the Search Results page. Document Images can be viewed and printed, but the images cannot be copied. For certified copies of the documents please contact the Monmouth County Clerk’s office.
