Welcome to the Burlington County Clerk’s Public Records Search System (PRESS). The system links several databases with user friendly search capabilities to make public information accessible.

A few tips to help guide your search…

Implementation of Daniel’s Law went into effect on January 12, 2023 resulting in redaction or removal of documents. This system is for convenience and informational purposes only.

Property records dated after 3/1/2012, can be searched by block and lot as well as property owner’s name.

Property records 1965 – February 2012, can only be searched by property owner’s name.

Property records prior to 1965, go to http://ccarchive.co.burlington.nj.us/NewViewer.aspx. Can only search by property owner’s name.

Maps are only accessible through Press from 1995 to present day.
